About Us

Bed and Breakfast Inns of Pittsburgh is an association comprised of inns in the greater Pittsburgh area. We usually meet at least two times per year at member B&Bs and talk about our innkeeping experiences.

Our group’s main focus is marketing, and our major project is this website. Members are required to attend at least one meeting a year and participate on committees or serve as officers, as there are no paid positions or directors. Dues start at $135 and are pro-rated based on the number of rooms of the B&B. Only B&Bs that are members may be represented on the association’s website.

Inns that have been in business for at least six months and which are within an approximate 40-mile radius of downtown Pittsburgh are welcome to submit an application for membership. Once an application is submitted, two representatives will make an appointment to meet the owners and inspect the bed and breakfast.

The Association hopes that all members will enjoy comparing stories at meetings and that your business will increase due to our marketing efforts. We count on your active participation and input, since “we” are all just other innkeepers who volunteer our time to keep this association active.

Interested in becoming a member?

Tara Bradley-Steck has volunteered to answer general questions about the association. Email is best. Please, no late night calls – and note that Tara does not know availability of other inns.

Applications should be submitted to Heather Hill Inn, attn: Steve Nicklas.
